Bye bye for now

Image from here
This week I'm off to England for six weeks. I probably won't be able to post while I'm there but I'll still be checking my emails so if anyone has any good op shopping or vintage store recommendations (I'll mostly be in Yorkshire), or wants to meet up let me know.

  12. Small coastal towns full of old people in the UK always seem to have great stuff in charity shops. Oxfam is the priciest, but they also tend to have a reliably good selecetion.

Don't miss the Pencil Museum either.

  13. We do have the internet here in blighty. If you are in Yorkshire, York is a fab place to visit and has loads of Charity (thrift) shops. There's also a chain called Boyes who have a very good value range of fabric and haberdashery. As for places to visit - Whitby is great, as is Robin Hood's bay - stunning little village by the sea with great fish and chips.

  14. You're coming here? How exciting! I am in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, and would be happy to meet up, if it fits in with your schedule.
As has already been said, York has lots of charity shops in the centre and is a great city to visit.
Do email me if you fancy meeting up. xxxx

  15. Blimey, coming to our shores aye?. Where in yorkshire will you be? My inlaws are based 1 train stop away from York, and it is possible I will be going up there sometime after the new year, so let me know where you will be, and we might meet up.
