Wonderful...love those :)) x
How cool are they???!!!! I must say I seem to be obsessed with searching for vintage cats eye sunnies at the moment. The major excitement of my day today was winning 4 vintage Foster Grant sunnies on Ebay for $20 total. 3 are cats eye styles.....I CAN'T WAIT for them to arrive from the U.S. Genuine vintage sunnies cost a bomb here & are so hard to find. We do want to see these specs on you too....Please!!!!! Xx
They sound fab. I hope you post a pic of them.Vintage sunglasses are the best but so hard to find here too. I did want to post a pic of me wearing them but I haven't had time. I will soon though.
They are so good! I have a pair of black and white striped cat eyes, but I need to buy a plain pair so I can do this! xo.
Thanks! Black and white striped ones sound awesome.
Awww the idea was excellent and your creation is adorable! I may try to make myself some...
Thanks! You should, they are so easy.
damn then - not like damn edna at all - they look great
I don't mind Dame Edna's look, but I wasn't really going for it. Thanks!
Soooooooooooooooooo fabulous, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.I must try inmediately.Thank you so much for the inspiration, my dear friend, yeahhhhhhhhhhhhXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Thank you. You should try. They're so easy.
Nothing wrong with channelling a bit of Dame Edna! Brilliant makeover! I saw something similar on a blog a while ago and forgot all about it, thanks for the reminder, maybe I can knock a crazy pair up for new year's Glastonbury! xxx
No, there's nothing wrong with the Dame Edna look but she has diamantes not flowers. Thanks! A pair would look great for Glastonbury.
What a brilliant idea! I'll be on the look out for cats eye sunnies now! xxx
Yes, thanks Miss Cavendish. You could do any shape really, as long as it has a thick enough frame to glue to. I've made another pair already and they aren't really cats eye shaped.
ahhh they are super cute! Love love love them. I need new reading glasses and there are some awesome 50s style ones at spec savers I want to get. Maybe I need two pairs so I can diy one pair like this.
Thanks! That sounds fabulous. Reading glasses would look great.
Bloody glorious!Better than Dame edna? Hmmmmmmmmm, certainly more wearable and so,so pretty!XXX
O,and you'll be ever so proud of me:I am almost finsihed a small jacket!AND I'm goign to do bound button holes, which I haven't done since Polytech!!! Outrageous! X

I Love these glasses! I saw the DIY too and have all the ingredients sitting there to be put together! woo better do it before summers starts and finishes!
Thanks! You should do it. They are perfect for summer.
Much nicer and more elegant than Dame Edna (blah I dislike her immensely).
Thank you. I'm not a massive fan but I do like her hair colour.
Hurrah for you! I am mad for tiny resin flowers and am imagining what I can next embellish . . .
What a great DIY. Seriously. I'd love to get my hands on one of Schiaparelli's actual glasses!
Wow - such a simple but awesome DIY. Just got thinking of some of the other awesome sunnies you could make - you can get all kinds of cute resin bits and pieces off esty/ebay. I think cupcake glasses could be fun:)
