For day three of OWOP, I wore my
sailboat version of Butterick 9405 to uni. The leather tie is my Dad's. Mum made it for him many years ago and now I have stolen it. The skirt is another self-drafted one. I got the red plastic bangles at an op shop the other day for $1. I think the cardigan was from
Vanessa and Warren's old shop Tete a Tete Vintage, when it was still standing. The shoes are from
Golden Ponies.
So cool...you look like a naughty school girl. I love the red shoes too! Xx
ReplyDeleteThanks. Ha, it's funny because I'm constantly being mistaken for a schoolgirl.
DeleteI agree, you are def rockin the school girl look! Lovin all your other OWOP outfits too! Clever minx.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I must be channeling my 13 year old self who actually had to wear a tie to school.
DeleteYou're cool! You do look like a naughty school girl. That blouse is gorgeous. x
ReplyDeleteThanks! You're cool too, Vix.
DeleteSo cute! the shoes are perfect, and i like the pop of red on the wrist too!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteYour outfits this week have inspired me to make some shirts. I never make shirts but I bought a cool vintage pattern about a month ago and now I think I need to make up a whole bunch for my wardrobe. Love the tie and those shoes too!
ReplyDeleteThat's great. I used to pretty much only make dresses but I'm realising how useful separates can be. Can't wait to see your vintage pattern made up. Thanks.
DeleteWhat a great tie!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love that tie!! I think it can be difficult for women to wear ties and look good. However, you make the wearing of a tie look effortless - I love it!
